Service Description
Gengxi API provides a unified interface for accessing supported AI models, together with account, API key, usage and related management features. Available models, interfaces and features may change.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
API Keys
API keys are credentials. Keep them confidential, apply available restrictions and rotate or revoke them if exposure is suspected. Do not sell, publish or share keys in a way that enables unauthorized use.
Usage & Billing
Usage may be measured by requests, tokens, media output, subscriptions or other displayed billing units. Prices, multipliers, quotas and payment availability are those shown by the service when you use it. You are responsible for reviewing usage records and maintaining sufficient balance or an active plan.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law and any restrictions that apply to selected upstream model providers.
Service Availability
The service may be interrupted, limited or changed for maintenance, security, provider availability, capacity or other operational reasons. No specific uptime or uninterrupted-availability commitment is made here.
Third-Party Model Providers
Supported models may be delivered through third-party providers. Gengxi API does not claim an official partnership or reseller relationship unless expressly stated. Provider terms, availability and output behavior may also apply.
Suspension / Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended for security risk, unpaid amounts, abuse, policy violations, legal requirements or material harm to the service or others. Users may stop using the service and manage available account controls.
Changes to Service
We may update features, pricing displays and these terms. Material updates will be communicated through reasonable available channels. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
