Use the existing API Keys page to create, enable, disable, and inspect keys. Developer Docs does not create a separate key system.

Recommended practices
- Create separate keys for development and production.
- Use the least access and quota needed.
- Rotate exposed or unused credentials.

- Keep keys out of URLs and client-side code.
